this annual meeting is held under the agreement of the "joint memorandum of understanding on computer security incident response team with national responsibility" signed by the three parties in 2011. this year, the meeting was held online due to the global pandemic.
some of major outcome of this year’s meeting were:
- reviewed the cooperative activities especially incidents coordination;
- shared the cyber landscape, policy updates and technical development from each other’s view;
- shared the cases of major cross-border incidents and suggestion for cooperation;
- shared the questionnaire and the answers for better understanding of each other’s capability;
- aware of each other’s trends in covid-19 and measures to handle these cases;
the next annual meeting will be hosted by jpcert/cc in 2021.
